Chocolate Protein Muffins
1 cup ground oats,
2 scoops chocolate protein powder,
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup xylotil or stevia, (dont use the stevia in the big green bag, it has a bitter taste)
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp chocolate chips( you can leave these out if you want)
1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1-4oz tub of berry or applesauce baby food
4 egg whites
1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
Mix all together and fill your muffin cups about 3/4 full. Bake on 350 for 25-3...
