Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs 96% lean ground beef or for a more lean option 99% lean ground turkey
1 large egg, slightly beaten
1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup fat free cheese of your choice or do not use any to reduce the fat and calorie content of the recipe
1 -2 tablespoon fresh minced garlic (or use 1 teaspoon garlic powder or to taste)
1 -2 teaspoon salt (or to taste, I use 2 teaspoons seasoned salt)
1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1/4 cup sugar free ketchup
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano (optional, or to taste)
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (or 2 tablespoons dried parsley)

 
Directions:
1 Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
2 Shape into small meatballs and place on a baking sheet...I also like using a muffin pan
Preheat oven to 400 and cook for 30 minutes
4 Let cool for 10 minutes and enjoy!!!
