INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup Ideal, Truvia or Splenda
2 tsp cinnamon
1 - 1/2 cups oat flour and 2 scoops vanilla whey protei
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 egg whites or 1 whole egg
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/3 cup or 1 4oz jar of baby food applesauce
***For a lower carb option substitute the oat flour for 1/2 cup of almond flour and add in an extra scoop of protein powder
TOPPING
3 tsp cinnamon
1/4 c. Ideal, Truvia or Splenda
Mix dry and wet ingredients separately, once mixed well combine both and mix until blended and batter is smooth. Poor into baking pan (8 1/2 x 9) Mix topping together and sprinkle on top of batter. Take a knife and run it through the pan, swirling the topping into the batter. Bake on 350 for 20-30 minutes, let cool 10 minutes before cutting.
