When I was young I saw my mom constantly trying to find new, better, and faster ways to lose weight. She would see weight loss pills in stores and buy them like candy. Take the green pill to quickly lose 10lbs, then take the red pill to keep it off. The side effects were always crazy....abdominal pain, jitters, headache....need I go on! Are you kidding me? I don't even have a smart-ass response for all this crap. A person willing to make themselves violently ill to lose a couple of pounds, ugh it disgust me these days. Apparently people are willing to do ANYTHING to lose weight, EXCEPT eat fresh, unprocessed foods and incorporate moderate exercise in to their life.These "pills" and other quick fix, extreme diets might make you drop weight, however unless you first address lifestyle, eating, then exercise habits, that more than likely created the problem in the first place the pounds WILL return. Eating healthy and working out most definitely sucks at times, but we must always remeber that health includes much more than the number on the scale.
