How are you feeling?
Exhausted
Sleepy all the time
Not sleeping at all
Body weak and constantly sore
Falling or tripping A LOT
Feel like crap everyday
Well if you answered yes to at least 4 of these then you could possibly be overtraining. Overtraining is simply exceeding your recovery capacity. I know this very well, I've experienced it twice in my life and let me tell you, YOU do not want to do this. It is one of the most horrible feelings I've ever had. Here is a great example, it's like walking around with a mild case of the Flu and you can't get rid of it. You body is weak and tired yet you can't seem to sleep at night and there for you walk around like a freaking zombie. Your body needs rest! It makes it's best gains when resting, that is why sleep is so important. Take a day off and do nothing or cut back on the amount of exercising you are doing a week. If you don't you could be putting you body at risk for the dreaded "Double I's" Injury & Illness. Don't become a victim of overtraining!
