NPC - USAs Bikini Review

WTF!!!! Is all I can say about this. I was not there in person but I did follow all the forums and looked at all the pictures, twitter postings and facebook postings and all I can say is that some of these girls are going to ruin this sport for the entire group as a whole. There were girls up there with little covering their ass, which isn't really a problem b/c the suits are made that way but how you pose is when you only have a small piece of cloth covering up your private areas. COME ON!  Might as well put a stripper pole out there and let you just take it all off. Really?!?!?  Is trying to win so important that half of these girls would be willing to sacrifice their class??? Ugh! it disgust me. I haven't been able to qualify ye,t but I also haven't competed in a show where I can. I am currently 1 week out from a qualifying show and 2 weeks out from another and I feel some of these chicks are going to ruin this sport for the rest of us. I vow never to give up my classiness for a trophy, right here and now!!!!!
 

America's Health

America has a weight problem.....I should actually rephrase that and so should the media.....America has a health problem. This society does not eat properly nor does it get enough exercise and rest, I might add. Health care cost are rising, not only for the work force but retirees as well and many aren't preparing for this. So think for a minute, how much medication are you on. Spot Reduction - NOT!

I rarely go into the ladies area at my gym unless it is to practice my posing so yesterday out of curiousity I wandered through the ladies area just to see if anything had changed in there lately. As usual everything was the same and absolutely nothing had changed. They still have the 2-3 lb dumbbells and there was that thigh toner machine that is NEVER used and for good reason. Be Polite

Ladies and Gentlemen I cannot stress enough how important it is to have a good reputation in and out of the gym. Be polite and courteous, even if stupid people do things that piss you off, because someone is always watching. If you are in the gym share your equipment, offer to assist or spot and be open to questions if people are interested in your training and/or nutrition.  If you are a dick people WILL notice and whenever you do good they will not be happy for you and most will wonder why ...
