Today is Sunday and it's the beginning of week six of my off-season diet and training. Things have been going well, I am gaining strength and I believe muscle too. How much muscle? I'm not really sure but I can see my body changing every week and have put on 10 pounds since my last competition. I'Il admit I haven't been as vigilante with my nutrition as I should be. NOT that I've been off track. I do get three cheat meals per week and I try to make those as healthy as possible, but I'll have a sugar free fudge bar or two at night if I want it or I may have a little more sugar free syrup in the morning at breakfast or a tbsp more creamer in my coffee. It's just been the little things, as you can see, that I've been allowing my self more of. I also haven't been as diligent with drinking my gallon of water and there are maybe 1 or 2 days a week where I don't drink all of it. Well that all stops today! Today is officially 13 weeks until Dec. 30 and I want to make as much lean gains as possible in these next weeks leading up to the new year. My goal is to start 2013 off with a bang and I want to go into it with as much drive and ambition as possible. My goal is to be the best I can be for 2013 but I want to end 2012 on a high.
