We all make them, use them as well as hear them from other people every day, but when do you say enough is enough.***DISCLAIMER, DISCLAIMER*** I'm about to rant so if you don't want to hear a lot of bitching please stop reading this now! 

 I'm so tired of seeing people complain about their weight and bad health but then make excuses about it. Just yesterday I heard it, I won't say any names but I heard "I was in a hurry and had to grab some fast food and I got a burger." Damn! Really! You couldn't have gotten a salad with grilled chicken and low fat dressing, you couldn't have opted for a grilled chicken sandwich instead. HELLO! You made the choice, it is your fault for screwing up your diet and getting in the shape you are in now. I heard excuses again today, this time on the Dr. Oz show. These exact words were uttered "well I just don't have time to make food in the morning b/c I'm in a hurry" well you know what, get your ass up early bitch or better yet how about pre-making you food so all you have to do is pop it in the microwave. Also pick healthy options if you are forced to get fast food, almost all fast food restaurant have healthy options these days. You have a choice with your health just like you do in life. You can be a good person or you can be an asshole. You can eat healthy or you can eat shit, it's your choice. You have to decide what and who you want to be!
