So the past two weeks I've been MIA since I had two contest back to back. I have to say I am exhausted and am ready for a break. I placed in both shows and am now nationally qualified for a year. My plan is to take these next two weeks off and not even touch the gym. The only activity I will be doing is walking my dog twice a day. Starting Aug. 29th I am going into my off season which I will be in for 6-8 months. I plan on doing at least two national shows next year and really need that time off to make improvements and better myself. Not to mention that I will at least need to do another local show to qualify again. Right now my body is tired and I need this break. I may post a few pictures but this rest period is what I am needing and looking forward to. I suggest we all listen to our body and take a much needed break ;)
