So for the past year I've had a nagging pain in my elbow.....lovely tennis elbow! I haven't really taken any action on it until recently. The pain has gotten so bad that I can't even fall asleep b/c of the nagging it's causing. I went and had my first cortisone shot in it last Friday....OMG I was not expecting the aftermath of that. WOW! I hadn't realized how long it's been since I wrote a blog. I was trying to write at least one a week but somehow the time just got away from me. I feel like October has been a busy month and in a way it has. Things at work have picked up quite a bit and I am leading new processing being put in place.
